NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellants Oleiskys had a mortgage with Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Association (Midwest Federal). In 1980 the Oleiskys' filed a Chapter 13 plan in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. A later attempt by Midwest Federal to lift the automatic foreclosure stay was denied because the bankruptcy court found the bank's interests were protected sufficiently.
