Michael Wayne Clinebell seeks reversal of his convictions for sexually assaulting his daughter, alleging that: (1) the indictments did not sufficiently inform him of the alleged dates of the crimes charged against him; (2) the trial court excluded expert testimony that the victim had been treated for hysterical blindness; and (3) the trial court excluded testimony that the victim had made similar accusations against others. Finding no reversible error...
