NGC Investment and Development, Inc., d/b/a Window Supply Co., three of its shareholders and its bonding company (hereafter referred to collectively as NGC) appeal from a superior court judgment awarding plaintiff Mortonson-Neal Joint Venture (M-N) $39,745 on M-N's action to enforce NGC's subcontract bid on glass, windows, and doors for a hospital in Homer.
