1. Appellant contends he was denied effective assistance of counsel because his trial counsel did not file a Brady motion (Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (83 S.C. 1194, 10 LE2d 215)), did not make certain objections and made improper statements in closing argument.
