This is an appeal by three New Orleans police officers from a judgment of the Civil Service Commission of the City of New Orleans upholding appellants' dismissal from the police department. Appellants were convicted in the United States District Court of conspiring to violate the civil rights of others in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242 and sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.
