This is an appeal by the State from the order of the district court for Custer County sentencing the defendant, Ramona Dobbins, to 18 months of probation, with the condition that she serve 90 days in the county jail. The State assigns as error that the sentence is excessively lenient and that the trial court should have allowed the county attorney to offer testimony at the sentencing hearing.
