This cause is before the Court on petition for review of the decision in Lawhorne v. State, 481 So.2d 19 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985). Review is sought on the ground that the decision is in conflict with decisions of this Court or those of other district courts of appeal. We accepted jurisdiction on this basis. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
