This is an appeal from an action in trespass to try title brought by the appellee, Lawrence C. Wollyung, against the appellant, J.C. Bishop and John F. Howell. Howell did not appear but was represented by an attorney ad litem. The suit was originally filed by Martha V. Rader, et al., in October of 1968. Trial was to a jury in 1972, after which the court instructed the jury to return a verdict...
