Alfred Davis appeals from a final order of the deputy commissioner denying his claim for temporary total disability benefits. The issue presented to us is whether the deputy commissioner erred in finding that the claimant was not entitled to temporary total disability (TTD) benefits between October 22, 1984 and April 4, 1985. We are asked to determine whether competent substantial evidence supports the deputy's finding that claimant was not instructed...
