Defendant, Patricia A. Mindrup, pled guilty in the county court to third offense driving while under the influence of alcohol. Her driver's license was thereupon suspended for life; in addition, she was ordered incarcerated in the county jail for a period of 3 months, to pay a $500 fine, and to pay the court costs.
