This is an appeal by T.R. Jones in a suit brought by him to recover under an insurance policy, after the roof of his commercial building fell in. Appellee, St. Paul Insurance Company, pleaded three specific exclusions in the policy: earth movement; inherent or latent defects; and settling, cracking, shrinking, bulging, or expansion of pavements, foundations, walls, floors, roofs, or ceilings.
