Relator classroom teachers were placed on unrequested leave of absence. Subsequently, the school district demoted and reassigned administrative coordinators to classroom teaching positions. Relators challenge those reassignments claiming (1) the coordinators could not bump teachers because the coordinators lacked continuing contract status as classroom instructors and (2) the coordinators' demotion and reassignment did not...
