Eugene Black was convicted of possession of dextropropoxyphene, adjudged a triple offender and sentenced to the maximum time of incarceration, ten years without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Black appeals, arguing that the Trial Judge erred by: 1) refusing to grant a mistrial or to admonish the jury to disregard remarks made by the prosecutor during cross-examination of Black and 2) imposing a sentence which violates the sentencing...
