COLE, Judge.
This appeal raises two issues: (1) whether the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to grant appellant's motion made on the morning of the trial for another psychological evaluation of the appellant; and (2) whether the appellant was denied due process of law by the trial court's failure to appoint a psychiatrist to conduct an appropriate examination and assist in evaluating, preparing, and presenting his defense.
