OPINION

WARREN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated sexual assault, and upon his plea of "true" to the enhancement paragraph of the indictment, assessed punishment at 70 years confinement.

Appellant brings three points of error: (1) the trial court "erred in ordering the [defense] witness, Gaskins, to appear before the jury in jail clothes" during presentation of the State's case, for the purpose of identification by the complainant...
