This is an appeal from a judgment based upon a jury verdict which found in favor of appellant Terry Beckner. Beckner, however, appeals on the basis of numerous alleged errors at trial.

The three appellants filed a complaint against William Palmore for damages resulting from an automobile collision. The insurance companies sought recovery of medical expenses and lost wages which had already been paid...
