Plaintiff Rosalie Stewart ("Stewart") challenges the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying her application for Social Security disability benefits. Each party has filed a motion for summary judgment. Jurisdiction is based on 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
