Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, his guilt was proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Police officers observed the defendant sitting in a parked car talking with a woman who appeared to pass money through the window to him. The defendant had a pen in his hand.
