DUNCAN, Judge.

The defendant, James Michael Ash, was convicted of felonious possession of marihuana with intent to sell and of felonious possession of more than five (5) grams of a substance containing LSD with intent to sell, a class X felony. He was found to be an aggravated and persistent offender, and thus was sentenced to Range II sentences. He was sentenced to five (5) years...
