This is an action for declaratory judgment to determine the rights of Virginia Witte to a share of stock in the Beverly Lakes Investment Company. The share of stock, certificate number 55, was owned by the former husband of Virginia Witte until the marriage was dissolved, when that "ownership interest" was set over to her by court decree. The company refuses to transfer the share of stock on its books to her name, and Witte sues for a declaration...
