The present appeal involves the enforcement of certain restrictive covenants in a subdivision. Appellees, owners of lots in the subdivision, sought to enjoin appellants Marvin and Charlotte Bowers from conducting commercial activities on appellants' lot in violation of certain restrictive covenants, requiring the land in the subdivision be used "for residential purposes only."
