PATTERSON, Judge.

Appellant, Raymond Mathis, was granted youthful offender treatment and pleaded guilty to a second degree assault charge on May 31, 1983. Appellant was sentenced to two years in prison, which was later suspended, and he was placed on two years' probation. Subsequently appellant was charged with violation of probation, and a probation revocation hearing was held on February 11, 1985.
