Broyles appeals from a judgment that he had violated restrictive covenants in two employment contracts and breached fiduciary duties arising out of his employment relationship with the Mantek Division of NCH Corporation. Broyles challenges several factual determinations by the district court, argues that no duty existed not to use Mantek's confidential information, and that damages were improperly calculated...
