This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendants, David Campbell and the City of Andalusia, in a personal injury action brought on behalf of Tammy Wallace. Plaintiff's appeal is bottomed on the proposition that the trial court erred in refusing to grant her motion for a new trial because a juror did not disclose on voir dire that she was a relative of the Covington County Sheriff. We agree and reverse with instructions...
