Eric Brazer and Robert Liston appeal from a decision of the Superior Court, York County, which affirmed the judgment of the District Court, Kittery, that they had violated the zoning ordinance of the Town of Ogunquit when they expanded their business by placing tables outside the restaurant without providing additional parking.
