Charles Paul Correll appeals from his conviction for the felony offense of possession of marihuana in an amount over four ounces but less than five pounds. The jury found him guilty and set his punishment at three years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $3,000 fine. The court, acting upon the jury's recommendation, suspended the sentence and placed Correll on probation...
