In this cause, the court is presented with the issues of whether, under R.C. 3105.31(F) and 3105.32(F), a party seeking annulment must demonstrate fault on the part of the defendant, and whether promises contained in an antenuptial agreement, which agreement omits to provide that subsequent nonconsummation of the marriage would void the agreement or render it unenforceable, are extinguished by nonconsummation under Gross v. Gross (1984)...
