Baker was charged by indictment returned in the Superior Court (York County) with the offenses of manslaughter, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 203(1)(A) (1983), operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 29 M.R.S.A. § 1312-B(1) (Supp.1985-1986), and furnishing liquor to minors, 28 M.R.S.A. § 1058 (Pamph.1985).
