Mr. Timothy Linehan died while engaged in his employment. His widow, the appellant in the instant appeal, filed a workers' compensation claim seeking death benefits. A hearing on appellant's claim was commenced before an administrative law judge (ALJ). However, prior to the ALJ making an award, appellant entered into a stipulated agreement with appellees employer and insurer as to the payment of benefits.
