This disciplinary action arises from attorney Robert L. Ulstad being convicted of submitting a fraudulent and false federal tax return for the 1977 tax year. Our grievance commission concluded that Ulstad was guilty of ethical misconduct and recommended that his license be suspended for a period of one year.
