Appellant husband Myles Durand appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial, and contends the trial court (1) abused its discretion by not basing the present cash value of his vested pension on his projected retirement age of 65; (2) abused its discretion in awarding spousal maintenance to respondent wife Patricia Durand; and (3) erred by failing to acknowledge his nonmarital property.
