THE HISTORY OF THE CASE

Jackie Kevin Harris is incarcerated in the Maryland Penitentiary under a sentence of death. He entered pleas of guilty in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County to murder in the first degree, two counts of armed robbery and a handgun violation.
