Contractual Limitation in Insurance Contract. The Desai brothers were the owners and operators of a sandwich shop. They carried a policy of insurance with Safeco Insurance Co. On August 2, 1982, the premises were destroyed by fire. The Desai brothers filed a claim against their insurer for the fire loss.
