Following a jury trial, Edward P. Lowry was convicted of the first-degree murder of his wife, Sally Dale Lowry. Lowry appeals his conviction, arguing that the trial court erred in failing to suppress certain statements made by Lowry during police interrogation and certain evidence seized from Lowry's home by a private security guard.
