Defendant was convicted of rape in the first degree, ORS 163.375, kidnapping in the first degree, ORS 163.235, and aggravated murder. ORS 163.095. The victim was a seven-year-old girl. Defendant was also convicted on three counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. ORS 164.135.
