By opinion dated January 30, 1985 we granted, inter alia, an award of attorney fees in favor of plaintiff pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 and directed the parties to endeavor to agree on the amount. The parties were unsuccessful in their attempts to accomplish this. Plaintiff now brings this application to recover its fees. On the same date (March 21, 1985) that Revlon filed its Reply to Defendant's Opposition to Plaintiff...
