This matter is before the Court for entry of judgment. This Court's jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.

At trial, this Court granted defendant's motion for a directed verdict. This suit arose from a fire on plaintiff's premises on March 31, 1983. In effect at the time of the fire was an insurance policy between plaintiff and defendant. Defendant refused to pay for plaintiff's casualty...
