In this petition for the enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board ("Board"), respondent Bliss and Laughlin Steel Co., Inc. ("B&L") challenges the Board's finding that B&L violated sections 8(a)(1), (3), and (4) of the National Labor Relations Act ("Act"), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3), and (4), in discharging two of its employees, Steven Hughes and Michael Nameche.
