John Terry Moreland filed suit for damages in Fulton Superior Court against Carl W. Poss, Sr., an attorney, and others. He alleged Poss had wrongfully caused him to be arrested and confined. The complaint sets forth several state law tort claims and a claim under Federal law, 42 USC §§ 1983 and 1988.
