In a personal injury action to recover for the loss of sight in one eye resulting from a hunting accident, plaintiff Gerald Junker was found by the jury to have incurred damages totalling $112,000, but the award to plaintiff was reduced to $39,200 by a further finding that plaintiff's negligence was 65% of the proximate cause of the damages.
