GUIDRY, Judge.

Defendant, Grady Mitchell, was charged by bill of information with the crime of aggravated burglary, a violation of La.R.S. 14:60. Defendant was tried by a twelve member jury and found guilty as charged by unanimous verdict. On November 21, 1983, defendant was sentenced to fifteen (15) years at hard labor. This sentence was later changed to eighteen (18) years at hard labor after the trial judge questioned defendant as to his prior criminal record....
