Smith (hereinafter Davis) brought this action against Bethlehem Steel Corporation (Bethlehem) and Locals 2609 and 2610 of the United Steel Workers of America (the Unions) alleging racial discrimination violative of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
