THOMAS, Justice.

This is an appeal from the denial of Appellant's plea of jeopardy. We affirm.

Appellant was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death in cause number 363,445 in the 228th District Court of Harris County. He was also indicted for three aggravated robberies in cause number 363,446 in the same court.
