Defendant-Appellant Jim McKim was found guilty by a jury in the Dubois Circuit Court of incest, rape, and child molesting. The trial judge subsequently sentenced Defendant to three years imprisonment for his conviction of incest, forty years imprisonment for his conviction of rape, and forty years imprisonment for his conviction of child molesting, all terms to be served concurrently.
