Petitioner Burnside appeals to this Court the denial by the District Court of his petition for habeas corpus. Burnside originally was sentenced in 1974 to a sixty-year term with the Missouri Department of Corrections. Since 1974, while incarcerated, he has twice been convicted of assault and has been sentenced to additional terms of four and two years, which terms are to run concurrently, consecutive to his sixty-year term, for a total of sixty...
