This is an appeal from a judgment of forfeiture of a sum of money and a 1984 Ford automobile. Cooke County filed a notice of intended forfeiture pursuant to the Controlled Substances Act, TEX.REV. CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 4476-15, sec. 5.03(a)(5) and (6) (Vernon Supp.1985).
