Craig Castle filed suit in the Chancery Court of Jefferson Davis County against Harkins & Company and five Parker heirs to establish his ownership of a full 1/64 royalty interest under the Odell Cochran tract of land. The lower court found against Castle and dismissed the bill of complaint, and he has appealed here.
