In these consolidated cases plaintiff seeks to have the probate of the will and codicil of his mother, Gladys Larson, revoked (case no. 50-81-04332) and certain inter vivos transfers set aside (case no. 16-81-09020). In the will contest, defendant William Larson counterclaimed for all but one dollar of $16,875 previously distributed to plaintiff. The trial court found in favor of defendant on both of plaintiff's claims and in favor of plaintiff...
