PER CURIAM.
The appellant, Johnny Paul Witt, appeals from the trial court's denial of post-conviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 and petitions this Court for a stay of execution. He also requests that we treat this appeal as a petition for a writ of habeas corpus or, in the alternative, for leave to file a petition for writ of error coram nobis. We have jurisdiction. Art.
