The issues in this appeal concern the contest of a will executed by Elizabeth H. Bowden. Two cases involving the same parties have been consolidated. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(p).

Elizabeth H. Bowden, of Osceola, Ark., died January 30, 1982 at the age of 81. She was survived by five sisters: Helen Reddoch, Geneva Rauenhorst, Ora Blair, Rosamond Banks and Irene Wilson; and two half-brothers and one half-sister. A will...
